Allowing for future phased conversion of the garage. With careful demolition internally the family area of the ground floor is transformed. From the intial ‘walk and talk’ and consultations from the architect – key points of the existing plan will be identified for further review and illustration of potential ideas. Here we see that a a central rooflight and additional natural light to the kitchen with the rear wall moved closer to the boundary enlarges the available kitchen space.
